We work with transport companies that are used to handling plants so you can be assured that they will be well looked after once they have left the nursery. The same companies understand the importance of communicating estimated time of arrivals for their lorries. They can also complete your customs paperwork and plant health declaration (PEACH / IPAFFS or similar).

Plants are dispatched direct from production in Spain so it is difficult for us to deliver to specific date / time deadlines due to a number of factors that are beyond our control in the logistics chain.

Brexit has complicated the export process significantly meaning that it takes much longer to inspect plants and generate the extra paperwork that is required.

We will of course dispatch plants as soon as possible after confirmation of your order but you should expect this to take a minimum of 14 days.
