Order Processing
Your company details should be sent to us together with your order request
We will check availability of the items on your order and alternatives will be offered where necessary together with payment terms. We will calculate the approximate loading space required and price for delivery. If you are happy to proceed we will tag plants to your specification if required. A loading slot will be booked to try and fit with your preferred delivery time and the paperwork for export will be requested once payment has been received (if required and standard for all first orders). Once the truck has loaded the transport company should contact you with a more accurate estimated time of arrival (usually once the lorry is on a ferry or through the channel tunnel).

Complaints Process
All complaints must be sent to us within 7 days of delivery of your order. Photographic records of damage will be required together with a description of the plants and the number affected.

Customs and Plant Health
Prices do not include costs for any UK specific plant health requirements.
