All olives comply with UK legislation regarding Xylella. There will be additional charges due to the sampling and laboratory testing that is requested by the UK government. There have been no confirmed (verified) cases of Xylella in Olives in the whole Iberian Peninsula. In our opinion Olives from Spain should not be considered high risk due to Xylella, it makes no sense. Don´t believe anyone that tells you that vast areas of olive groves are being destroyed by the disease, that is simply not true. In fact, if you look at where the disease occurs in the world and extrapolate, it would be extremely unlikely for Xylella to establish in the UK.
